  Center Level Support Center (CLSC) is a web based secured Central Help Desk and Complaint Management interface developed for JVVNL. The application allows the CLSC help desk personell to register the Complaint providing him with unique Complaint Registration Number that the user can use later to know the status of his application. The application generates comprehensive MIS Reports for Complaints Registration, Complaints Processing and Complaint Status. The application developed is higly user friendly alongwith strong User Management Module that would define users, its role and acess rights to different forms of application.
   
    

Central Helpdesk has been created to ensure 24X7X365 availability to register the Complaints of the JVVNL CLSC Users.


The Help Desk application will allow the helpdesk personnel log the user's complaint along with the date and time, generate complaint number automatically and have thefollowing features of the helpdesk system:

  • Complain Allotted to "Name of the faciltiy management personnel" contact details of the person.
  • Expected time frame to resolve the problem.
  • Call logging in time and call closure time.
  • Status of complaint.
  • Provide Graphical reports.
  • MIS on complaints(machine wise, user wise, location wise, circle wise, office wise, day wise, month wise, complaint type wise).
  • users should be given user names and password.
  • Security of the application.
  • Estimation of loss of work in terms of manpower time(in man hours) and manpower cost(Unit cost) due to problem not attended in time.

    Help desk and facilities management personnel at CLSC may take mobile connectionsunder the CUG scheme of JVVNL. The CLSC has facilities management staff in adequate numbers, in order to attend the problems. Help Desk has the personnel and telephone incoming lines in adequate numbers to attend the complaint promptly. The users of JVVNL has the flexibility of registering the complaints on website as well and the complaint will automatically be routed to the concerned CLSC personnel.
